Why Hanku?

Two major struggles for job seekers in CS are building relationships with employers and demonstrating technical ability. We help with both pieces. We connect you with talent seekers that you’re a good fit for and help you showcase your skills.

  • Verify your skills: Every skill is tested through self-assessments, chapter-level checkpoints, and final proctored exams
  • Support from your professors: U.S. based faculty run office hours, answer questions, and reinforce learning.
  • Built for hiring, not just learning. Once you reach Machine Learning 2, Hanku’s placement team starts working the job search alongside you.
Let’s Talk

Program Overview

Hanku helps university students build job-ready skills in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Robotics through a blended model of self-paced study, expert-led office hours, and regular evaluation. Then we help you get a job!

  • Blended self-learning, supported by U.S. based professors.
  • Assessments at both the chapter and study-module level
  • Placement support for eligible students from Machine Learning 2 onward.
  • Open to second-year university students and beyond. If you want to join early, please contact us.

The Study Path:

  • Module 1 – Foundations for AI (14 weeks, optional): Solidify your Computer Science fundamentals before diving into Machine Learning and AI
    • Chapter 1: Intro to CS – Recap (2 weeks)
    • Chapter 2: Advanced Python for AI (6 weeks)
    • Chapter 3: Systems & Cloud (6 weeks)
  • Module 2 – Machine Learning 1: Introduction to AI (12 weeks)
  • Module 3 – Machine Learning 2: Applied ML (12 weeks) Placement support begins here.
  • Module 4 – Computer Vision (12 weeks)
  • Module 5 – Robotics (12 weeks)

How it works:

  • Study, in blocks. Each module is broken into chapters, and each chapter into study blocks. Students work through the material at their own pace, through Google Classroom.
  • Get tested along the way. Every block wraps with an AI-generated self-assessment. Progress isn’t assumed, it’s checked.
  • Get help when you need it. U.S. based professors hold office hours to work through questions and reinforce concepts, meeting with students weekly through Google Classroom, with in-person sessions available as needed.
  • Prove it on paper. Each study module closes with a final written assessment, held in person at the Hanku office. Final grades combine self-assessment performance with this exam.
  • Get placement support. Starting from ML 2, students who complete their modules receive dedicated job search assistance beginning two months before program completion. Our placement professionals support you through the job search and onboarding.
